David Gorodyansky, CEO and Co-Founder:
David leads the execution of all business operations at AnchorFree. Previously, David founded Intelligent Buying Inc., a profitable asset management company and reseller of IT enterprise networking equipment. Prior to that, David launched a B2B Web service in the field of Competitive Intelligence, which in turn, gave rise to the spin-off of a large network of IT Service Management portals. David's earlier work experience has included several years of wireless research, planning, and enterprise strategy at Remedy Corporation, Fulcrum Management, and work with analyst companies such as Gartner Group, IDC, and Meta Group. David is a member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals and an advisor on the Technology Expert Council to Gavin Newsom, the Mayor of San Francisco.
Eugene Malobrodsky, CTO and Co-Founder:
Eugene heads up AnchorFree's technical operations and strategic planning units. Eugene's prior experience includes management positions at SimilTrans, WebEver, and Data Management Systems. Eugene was instrumental in acquiring the initial investment for Intelligent Buying Inc., where he led the company from a small hardware distributor in 2002 to a company with worldwide operations and an international presence by 2004. Eugene brings to AnchorFree years of experience in data networking and subscription based start-up development.
Mark Smith, Chief Operating Officer:
Mark currently oversees sales, marketing and operations at AnchorFree. Mark previously served as Vice President of Operations and Technology, co-founder and board member for MyPoints.com, a leading provider of online membership marketing services. At Mypoints.com, Mark led all operations, product service delivery and technology development functions prior to the Company's IPO and later acquisition by United Online. Mark has previously worked in management and strategic technology consulting roles for both Oracle and KPMG Peat Marwick and has consulted for leading global marketing agencies. Mark holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
Dr. Eugene Lapidous, Chief Architect:
Eugene brings to AnchorFree a proven record of developing patented and patent-pending solutions for innovative user-interface algorithms and data mining technologies. Prior to joining AnchorFree, Eugene developed patented technologies for his own company, ViewSpace Technologies. Prior to ViewSpace, Eugene was Chief Architect at Trident Microsystems and Chief Software Architect at SEI. He was also one of the first employees at Nvidia Corporation, where he filed its first patents and created the company's first public demos. Eugene's patented, 3D graphics accelerator algorithms have been incorporated in millions of products sold worldwide. Eugene came to the United States from Russia, where he had developed the country's first silicon-on-sapphire integrated circuits. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and the Physics of Semiconductors.
Dr. Peter Hoag, EVP Finance and Administration:
Peter brings 20 years of strategic business planning in the IT and financial service industries to AnchorFree. In addition to part-time teaching Human Development classes at California State University, East Bay, Peter has held strategic planning positions as a VP at Visa International and Continental Savings of America and as an independent consultant with Lockheed Martin and Cotelligent International. Peter is also the co-founder of Cardinal Techniques, a compliance software firm, which was later acquired by Concentrix. Peter received his MA in geography from the University of Toronto, Canada in 1974, and a Ph.D. in geography from the University of Michigan in 1981.
